Shepherd Staffing is a company founded by Debbie Waegerle Fincher in 2006 with an
ever expanding bandwidth of specialties particularly in engineering, manufacturing,
sales/marketing, and administration. In today’s market it is important to put people back
to work and as an autonomous organization Shepherd Staffing has created vast options
for both candidates and clients by utilizing one of our most effective resources -
networking.  We are now supported by a national network of recruiters for greater
access.

After 22 years as an effective recruiter based on the Main Line of the Western Suburbs
of Philadelphia and as a Vice President in private recruiting Debbie Fincher has taken her
expertise and in-depth knowledge to implement a distinctive approach to recruiting using
proven screening techniques modeled after executive search. A methodology tailored to
meet the needs of individual clients. Most companies plan and invest countless hours in
screening candidates and worrying about concerns with retention. Investing the time to
